Bay Area Legal Launches Innovative Medical-Legal Partnership in St. Pete with New Grant Support
Bay Area Legal is proud to announce the launch of the Advancing Families Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP), a groundbreaking initiative designed to expand access to justice for families across St. Pete.
With generous support from The Foundation for a Healthy St. Pete and Bay Pines VA, our St. Pete team has received $100,000 in new funding to build a robust referral network connecting pediatric and maternal healthcare providers with legal aid services.
This partnership aims to address the social determinants of health by integrating legal support into healthcare settings, ensuring families receive the comprehensive legal assistance they need.
