Hillsborough County Bar Foundation Renews Support of L. David Shear Children's Law Center
We’re honored to share that Bay Area Legal Services’ L. David Shear Children’s Law Center (CLC) has been selected once again as one of the local legal charities to receive an outreach grant from the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation (HCBF), funded through their annual Law and Liberty Dinner.
A long-time supporter of Bay Area Legal and the CLC, the HCBF awarded a $15,000 grant to help us continue standing up for children and teens who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Their ongoing support ensures these young clients have a voice and the legal advocacy they deserve within an overburdened child welfare system.
