Rebecca Bell Graeber
Rebecca Bell Graeber helped found the L. David Shear Children's Law Center (CLC) while an attorney at Bay Area Legal Services. Since 2006, the CLC has provided high-quality, holistic, client-directed legal representation to children who have been abused, neglected, and/or abandoned in the overburdened child welfare system.
Rebecca was a tireless advocate for her child clients, offering a voice to their needs with the hope to give them a brighter future. Her legacy endures through the program today.
