How to Add an E-Badge to Your Email Signature:

Before You Start

• Click above to download your e-badge.

Outlook (Desktop)

1. Open Outlook
2. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures
3. Choose your signature
4. Place your cursor where you want the badge
5. Click the Image icon and insert the badge
6. Click OK to save

Outlook (Web / Office 365)

1. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply
2. Click in the Signature box
3. Select Insert picture and add the badge
4. Click Save

Gmail

1. Go to Settings (⚙️) → See all settings
2. Scroll to Signature
3. Select or create a signature
4. Click Insert image and add the badge
5. Click Save Changes

Apple Mail (Mac)

1. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures
2. Select your signature
3. Drag or paste the badge image into the signature
4. Close settings (auto-saves)

Quick Tips

• Keep the badge small
• Place it below your contact info
• Send a test email to check it works
