How to Add an E-Badge to Your Email Signature:

Before You Start

  • Click above to download your e-badge.

Outlook

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Accounts → Signatures
  2. Click on the pencil icon to edit your current signature, or click Add signature
  3. Select Insert and add the badge from your downloads
  4. Select the corner of the image and drag it down to the desired size
  5. Click Save

Gmail

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) → See all settings
  2. Scroll to Signature
  3. Select or create a signature
  4. Click the Insert image icon and add the badge
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures
  2. Select your signature
  3. Drag or paste the badge image into the signature
  4. Close settings (auto-saves)

Quick Tips

  • Keep the badge small
  • Place it below your contact info
  • Send a test email to check it works
