FEMA denied my request for disaster. What can I do?

You have the right to dispute FEMA’s denial, and there are different ways to do it. One way is to file a formal appeal. You may need legal help to do this. Be sure to take action – you do not want to miss FEMA deadlines to dispute the denial.
