Introducing: Our Legal Tech Partnerships Initiative
Legal tech companies are invited to join a growing network of innovators advancing access to justice across Tampa Bay and throughout Florida.
Bay Area Legal Services is launching a new Legal Tech Partnerships initiative to connect with technology companies that share our commitment to expanding access to justice.
Through these partnerships, we can deliver new tools, resources, and opportunities to our mission while helping legal tech companies connect with the broader legal community.
Legal tech companies can participate through corporate partnerships, event sponsorships, and software donations. These opportunities allow companies to support access to justice while building visibility among attorneys, law firms, and community leaders throughout the region.
With nearly 200 partner law firms across the Tampa Bay region, relationships with community organizations, and two statewide legal helplines, Bay Area Legal offers legal tech companies opportunities to engage with attorneys and legal professionals across a wide range of practice areas and firm sizes, from solo practitioners and small firms to Am Law 50 firms.
The Legal Tech Partners program is already opening doors to new technology resources for our attorneys. Steno, a legal technology company that helps law firms streamline litigation through court reporting, remote deposition software, AI-powered transcript analysis, and other litigation support services, has become the first company to contribute software as a Legal Tech Partner.
Bay Area Legal Services helped over 15,000 individuals, families, and community groups last year, and their staff attorneys do that work with a fraction of the resources available to the firms across the table. By putting Transcript Genius and Litigation Genius in their hands, we're giving legal aid attorneys the same AI-powered transcript analysis that the country's leading litigators rely on. When technology helps level that playing field, everyone wins."
Through Steno’s generosity, Bay Area Legal Services attorneys now have access to Transcript Genius and Litigation Genius, two AI-powered tools designed to support the litigation process. These tools can help attorneys analyze transcripts, prepare for cases, and work more efficiently as they advocate for the individuals and families they serve.
As the Legal Tech Partners program grows, Bay Area Legal Services hopes to build additional relationships with companies developing solutions that can make a meaningful difference in legal aid.
