No appointment needed. Walk-ins will be screened and, if they qualify for services, will meet with an attorney. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are preferred.
The Enoch D. Davis Center Legal Clinic provides free attorney advice or assistance for many legal matters.
Legal problems can include housing, consumer-related issues, and advice on relative caregiver (temporary custody of relative minors) questions.
It is primarily for St. Petersburg residents who meet the program’s income and asset eligibility guidelines. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are preferred.
