Medical-Legal Partnership with James A. Haley VA (3 Locations)

The Medical-Legal Partnership between James A Haley Veterans’ Hospital and Bay Area Legal Services is designed to provide Veterans enrolled for care at Haley or at the New Port Richey or Zephyrhills outpatient clinics with access to free legal advice, intervention, and limited representation when they cannot otherwise afford a lawyer.

Legal problems can include veterans benefits, discharge upgrades, sealing/expungement, consumer matters, family law, advanced directives, housing, and more.

Eligibility limits do apply. We will determine whether you are eligible for services when you walk-in or when you call to schedule an appointment.

A formal referral is not required. All patients of Haley Veterans’ Hospital may call us for an appointment. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will call you to reschedule.
