Bay Area Legal Launches New Medical-Legal Partnership in North Pinellas County
Bay Area Legal is proud to announce the launch of the latest Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) at North Pinellas VA.
Medical-Legal Partnerships provide free legal services to eligible Veterans, including those who are low-income, unhoused, or at risk of becoming unhoused.
The clinic will take place on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at North Pinellas VA.
This is the newest Pinellas County MLP to launch since the Advancing Families MLP in St. Pete.
We’re thrilled to launch this latest collaboration and strengthen pathways to justice for Veterans in northern Pinellas County."

- VA Benefits (service-connected disability, pension, overpayment defense, discharge upgrade)
- Housing (landlord-tenant, HUD-VASH)
- Family Law (child support/custody, divorce)
- Domestic Violence Injunctions (petitioning fr an injunction only)
- Advanced Directives (power of attorney, health care surrogate, living will)
- Consumer Financial Protection (identity theft, debt collection, lemon law)
- Sealing/Expungement, Driver License
