Virtual Power Hour Business Law Advice Clinic
Registration is required, and participation is by appointment only.
Free Legal Help for Nonprofit and Small Businesses
Join us for a single-day event where pre-qualified nonprofit and low/moderate income small business applicants will be able to consult with a team of volunteer business attorneys who will be available to answer your legal questions and refer your business for additional legal assistance though the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
This event is free to participants, but registration is required, and participation is by appointment only. Register by October 7, 2024.
About the Clinic
Each business will be provided with a private Zoom room to meet with a team of business law volunteer attorneys to discuss your legal questions and explore your transactional business law concerns. NO LITIGATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE.
Each business will be asked to email their governing documents, and any other business documents you would like the attorneys to review before the legal clinic so the attorneys they meet with can tailor their advice and recommendations to the business.
