The staff of the Case Management Unit provide procedural or referral information ONLY IN PRE-JUDGMENT CASES to pro se litigants on family law and dependency issues. The staff are not attorneys, and cannot give legal advice. They provide assistance to the judiciary by reviewing cases prior to setting court dates when ALL parties to a case are representing themselves. Email is prose@fljud13.org.

Court Interpreter Center
Court Interpreters interpret/translate orally or in writing between, spoken or sign language and English. Staff Interpreters offer Spanish interpreting services. Freelance interpreters offer services in more than 20 languages and dialects, as well as for the hearing impaired ensuring equal access to the court process according to Florida statutes.

Mediation
Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party assists the parties in reaching an agreement on issues in dispute. They can also assist with changing an existing order when both parties are in agreement.
