What is the difference between a living will, a living trust, and a will?

A living will is a health care advance directive. It lets you say in advance if you would want -- or do not -- want artificial life-prolonging procedures provided in certain extreme circumstances.

A living trust has to do with management of finances during, and in most cases, after, your life.

A will says what should happen to property in your probate estate after your death.
